Impartial Care
we support individual with developmental disabilities
Community Residential Services
Licensed Residential Group Homes provides safe environment that cares and supports our individuals. 24- hour care, 7 days a week is provided that supports activities of daily living, assistance with laundry and housekeeping/chores that meets the needs of the individuals that resides in the home.
Supported Living
Licensed Supported Living Services provides participants with a variety of individualized services to support living independently in the community. Supports and services are individualized to the participant’s needs and interests.
This service is provided in the participant’s own house or apartment. Individuals in this program will engage in community-based activities of their choosing within their personal resources.
Respite Care Services
Respite program provides individualized necessary supports to individuals in a time managed setting to meet the most immediate and critical needs for individuals.
These supports include the individual residing in one of our licensed sites or within their own home for self- directed services with supports from our qualified and trained staff members Respite care may be provided on either a planned or emergency relief basis. Respite services allows the scheduled care provider to have break times for vacations, and personal reasons.
Personal Supports
Our Personal supports services assist individuals with disabilities in their homes, within the community or settings of their choosing.
These supports will include activities that support medical needs, transportation needs or training, educational settings or workshops.
Community Development Services
This service provides individuals with the opportunities to engage in community-based activities that will help in development and maintenance of skills related to community membership by engaging them in the community-based activities with people without disabilities.
Community Development Service provides an opportunity for the individuals to attain and practice new skills which they can apply in promoting their independence and inclusion into the community.
Employment Services
This program provides support for individuals with Developmental Disabilities to develop skills for employment in the community.
This service will provide job development services that will support them in finding and maintaining employment.
Nursing Support
Nursing Support Services is to ensure health and safety of participants at all times.
Day Habilitation
Primus Health Inc. offers a day habilitation program that provides the participant with development and maintenance of skills related to activities of daily living, vocation, socialization through application of formal teaching methods, instrumental activities of daily living, and participation in meaningful activities. Day Habilitation services will be individualized and based on the Person-centered planning of the person being served.
